Plant-like
enzymes in trypanosomatids
This Table is a modified version of
Table 1 from Hannaert et al. (2002), entitled: "Plant-like Traits
associated with Metabolism of Trypanosomatid Parasites". It gives
access to supplementary information on enzymes with either a clear
plant or chloroplast affiliation or of typical prokaryotic nature as
the result of an event of horizontal transfer. Enzyme abbreviations
in the left-hand column link to general enzyme information, their
catalysed reactions, the pathways to which these enzymes belong and
sets of homologous enzymes. To have access to the supplementary
material available for the respective enzymes discussed in the paper,
click on the corresponding item "This paper" in the right-most
column.
