To each tube add 1 ml of Oxydative Solution:
50 ml Na2CO3 , 2% in NaOH 0.1 N
+ CuSO4, 1% 0.5 ml + NaK
tartrate, 2% 0.5 ml
Mix and allow to stand for 10 min at 21ƒC
Add 100µl of FOLIN-CIOCALTEU's phenol reagent, 50% water solution
vortex immediately
Let to stay for 60 min at RT in dark
Read at the wave length of 740 nm
Draw the standard curve for a refference protein (BSA) (O.D/conc. of
protein)
Calculate the concentration of the sample
