Some useful
information for your arrival in Belgium and
Bruges
By air and
Train:
When arriving by
airplane at Brussels' National Airport in Zaventem, you best
take the train from the rail-road station underneath the
airport building, which takes you in 15 min to the Brussels'
Central Station. At the Brussels' Central Station you change
trains to Bruges. Trains to Bruges (direction Knokke or
Oostende) leave every 30 min. The train ride takes slightly
less than an hour. (Click

By car from
Brussels:
Bruges (Brugge)
can easily be reached from Brussels via the E40 motorway.
Once on the Brussels ring, west side, take the exit number
10 and the E40, direction Gent. Follow the E40 for about 100
km and take exit 9, Oostkamp. Follow the road signs into
Bruges (Brugge). Please note that traffic in Bruges is
strictly regulated with many one-way roads.
By car from
Lille:
Take the E403
(A17) via Kortrijk (Courtrai) which takes you directly into
Brugge.
When you arrive in Bruges, first go to your hotel. You can either walk to your hotel or take a taxi. Distances in old Bruges are short.
Registration:
Registration at
the St. John's Hospital is on Sunday afternoon 28 May from
16 - 20 h. Please bring with you proof of payment, credit
card or cash money.
Registration will also be possible on Monday morning, May 29th, and throughout the meeting.

Sunday evening 28 May from 18 - 20 h
